This facility is not using the correct active valid EPA ID number to manage hazardous waste. <br />Several disposal receipts for parts washer from Advance Chemical Transport list an inactive EPA ID <br />CAL000288320 - inactivated in 2006. A hazardous waste generator shall not treat, store, dispose of, <br />transport or offer for transportation, hazardous waste without the corrective active valid EPA ID number. <br />Immediately contact all your hazardous waste haulers and provide the only single active EPA ID number <br />to be used for this facility. <br /># 20. Failed to completely label containers of hazardous waste. <br />-One 30 gallon red -white metal drum contained oily -water stored outdoors <br />-Two 55 gallon, one blue Zep and one black, metal drums of unknown contents stored inside diesel <br />secondary containment <br />- One 55 gallon green metal drum of unknown content located outside secondary containment next to <br />the poly -white AST water container <br />- Five 55 gallon drums of unknown contents located in metal secondary containment located outdoors <br />adjacent to the fire pump house <br />- Three 55 gallon drums of hydraulic oil stored outdoors adjacent to the maintenance shop <br />All hazardous waste containers must be identifiable and shall be marked with the following information: <br />1. the words "Hazardous Waste", 2. name and address of generator, 3. hazardous properties <br />4. physical state, 5. composition (contents), 6. accumulation start date <br />Immediately label these containers and ensure that all containers are marked with all the required <br />information.
