Finding#28 <br /> Failed to inspect HW containers at least weekly: <br /> Action taken: <br /> The plant maintained a log book of the weekly inspections however with <br /> personnel changes and attrition the logbook was never located. The Log has been <br /> reestablished. In addition the records are no longer maintained exclusively in this book. <br /> The completed inspection forms are now forwarded to the centralized Environmental <br /> files which are protected by physical security. This will eliminate the potential of a <br /> misplaced record in the future. <br /> Attached documents: <br /> • Completed log record for week of 6/21/2010 <br /> • Photograph of Environmental files <br />
