PROCEDURES FOR AMENDING THE POLLUTION PREVENTION AND <br /> EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT PLAN <br /> The PPERM will be amended whenever the following occurs. <br /> 1. There is. a change in design construction, operation or maintenance that will <br /> impact the potential for chemical exposure to stormwater or a chemical release or <br /> spill (for example, new chemical usage or a new storage area). <br /> 2. The plan proves ineffective in preventing or controlling a release, spill, or ' <br /> discharge. <br /> 3. Revisions should be made to the PPERM, if determined during the Annual Site ' <br /> Compliance Evaluation. <br /> 4. The SPCC Plan requirements must be reviewed and updated every three years. <br /> These requirements will be incorporated into the Annual Site Compliance <br /> Evaluation. <br /> 5. If amendment to this Plan is required by the USEPA Regional Administrator. <br /> i This Plan shall be reviewed and updated as necessary by Local Plant Management, <br /> Corporate Legal, and Corporate Environmental Engineering. <br /> 13.
