STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE <br /> Procedure Title: <br /> Issue#: 3 EMERGENCY EVACUATION <br /> Issue Date:7116108 PROCEDURES—SHIPPING <br /> Supersedes Date: 7/6/2007 DEPT.AND YANDELL <br /> TRUCKAWAY. <br /> 1.0 Purpose <br /> The purpose of this procedure is to provide instructions and guidelines to employees for <br /> emergency situations,evacuations and drills. <br /> 2.0 References: <br /> T-I Safety Management System Manual Chapter 14. <br /> IOP 8000 4.21 PROC 4.3.7 Emergency Action <br /> 3.0 Definitions: <br /> Emergency Evacuation Procedures—Standardized method of evacuating the facility in a safe <br /> manner. <br /> 4.0 Responsibility: <br /> All Shift Supervisors and Working Foremen will be responsible for checking that all employees are <br /> accounted for. <br /> 5.0 Safety: <br /> All safety rules, regulations,and procedures will be adhered to while carrying out the activities <br /> associated with this procedure. <br /> 6.0 Procedure: <br /> Employees scheduled in the Shipping Dept.and Yandeil Truckaway. <br /> 6.1 Shut off all Fork Trucks and set the parking brake. Shut off all Truck Engines and set <br /> the parking brake. <br /> 6.2 Evacuate the facility through the nearest safe exit. <br /> 6.3 Proceed to Parking Lot#2 located on the northeast side of the Facility. <br /> 6.4 Report to the Shift SuperAsorlWorking Foreman. <br /> 6.5 Supervisors will conduct a drill report and submit the record to the Safety Coordinator. <br /> 7.0 Documentation <br /> Appendix M Evacuation Drill Report. <br /> Issued By:Jim Dacayanan Authorized By:Don Sparaco Page 1of 2 <br />
