If a TSDF signed copy has not <br /> been received within 35 days of initial shipment, the generator shall contact the transporter and/or <br /> designated facility to determine the status of the hazardous waste. If a TSDF signed copy has not been <br /> received within 60 days of initial shipment, the generator shall file an exception report with the <br /> Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC). Immediately determine the status of the hazardous <br /> wastes shipped on the above listed manifests. Submit a copy of the TSDF signed manifests, or a copy <br /> of the exception reports sent in to DTSC, to the EHD within 30 days (9/4/10). <br /> Complete & submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification to the EHD within 30 days (9/4/10) <br /> along with any supporting paperwork and a statement documenting the corrective actions that have <br /> been or will be taken for each violation. <br /> Notes: <br /> -A container of mercury containing ballasts was labeled as 'Hazardous Waste' with an accumulation start <br /> date of January 2010, which is >180 days of storage.
