The pH will be less than <br /> 12. <br /> The <br /> climate <br /> tthe site <br /> is such <br /> 15 inchesthat <br /> evaporation is over 100 inches per year, <br /> while llis less t <br /> Ground water beneath the site is in one shallow perched zone of limited areal <br /> extent and a large feet. The strata abovefined the confinedrof aquiferrisuality largelyater at greater than 200 <br /> clay. <br /> Musco' s consultants believe that beneath this confined zone is a massive clay <br /> zone known as the Corcoran Clan. Beneath the corcoran clay lies water they <br /> described as "native good quality water". <br /> Musco' s engineers have certified that the entire design complies with Subchapter <br /> 15. They will also certify that the construction of the entire facility <br /> complies with Subchapter 15 before waste discharge begins. <br /> Domestic sewage is disposed of in a septic tank/leachfield system. Solid wastes <br /> from the operation will be disposed of off—site in an approved manner. <br /> Surface water drainage is to an unnamed dry stream which flows toward San <br /> Joaquin Valley.
