So you are correct that the 5 -gallon bicket with the
oil filters are the only things remaining for you to come back into compliance. Please send a copy of the receipt to me
when you take it in. And if they don't give you one, say at auto zone, take a photo of the oil filters you've taken it there
and a photo of their sign -in log book. Best Regards,
Jeff
From: Alpha FastGas [mailto:alphafastgas@gmail.com]
Sent: Friday, June 01, 2012 10:58 AM
To: Jeff Wong [EH]
Subject: Alpha Fast Gas
Hello Mr. Wong,
Rexford K. Smith from Horizon environmental Inc. Came out yesterday afternoon and has informed me that he
will talk to you and have those drums remove from the premises. Do you still want me to obtain a receipt from
him or will you work with him on that issue.
As for the 5 gallon bucket that you said could be oxidizer, I opened the bucket and it has some oil filter in it. I
will bring it to an auto zone shop or somewhere where they will take the oil filter and give you a receipt on that.
I think that is all I needed to do. Please let me know if you need anything else done. Thank You!
Nina Nguyen
