The EHD has written the <br /> complete report which replaces the initial checklist. <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, within 30 days of receiving the complete inspection report. <br /> Please be aware as of January 1, 2013, all businesses are required to submit all hazardous materials information <br /> online to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov. Be sure to include <br /> your hazardous waste activity in the Businesses Activities section in CERS in addition to any other relevant <br /> activities and required fields. <br /> A closure inspection was conducted. The following items were observed on site and will need to be properly <br /> disposed of prior to closure of the hazardous waste permit: <br /> -Ten empty rolling oil drums <br /> -Four small lead acid batteries <br /> -A 5 gallon bucket of oil and sludge at the parts washer <br /> -Oily liquid in a spill pallet <br /> -A 5 gallon bucket of reddish liquid <br /> -A 350 gallon tank of used oil with oil inside and on top <br /> -Two small motor oil tanks <br /> -A 360 gallon motor oil tank <br /> Submit copies of the disposal records (uniform manifests, consolidated manifesting receipts, bills of lading, etc.)tc <br /> Page 6 of 7 <br />
