Immediately close <br /> these containers and ensure all hazardous waste containers are closed when not adding or removing waste. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 406 CCR 66261.7 Contaminated container not marked with date emptied or managed within one year of being emptied. <br /> Ten empty rolling oil drums which previously held used oil were observed with no empty labeling. According to Mr. <br /> Bondoc, they planned to leave these drums behind, as is, when they move to the new location. Containers larger <br /> than five gallons that previously held a hazardous material shall be marked with the date they were emptied and <br /> managed within one year of being emptied. Immediately mark and manage all empty containers per this section. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> Page 4 of 7 <br />
