Stockton March 15, 2016 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS Il,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> 112 HSC 25160.2(b)(3) Failed to keep copies of consolidated manifesting receipts for three years. <br /> Copies of hazardous waste disposal records for 2015 were not found on site. Hazardous waste generators shall retain <br /> copies of all manifests signed off by the disposal facility and all receipts used in a consolidated manifesting procedure <br /> on site for three years and have them readily available for review. Immediately locate a copy of all manifests and <br /> receipts form 2015, maintain them on site, and submit copies to the EHD. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 403 CCR 66262.34(d)(2) Failed to keep hazardous waste containers closed except when adding or removing hazardous <br /> waste. <br /> A silver container used as secondary containment on the west side of the facility had oil spills inside and open during <br /> inspection. All hazardous waste containers shall be closed at all times except when adding or removing waste. <br /> Immediately close these containers and ensure all hazardous waste containers are closed when not adding or <br /> removing waste. If the silver container is being used as secondary containment it needs to be clean. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> ',05 CCR 66262.34(f) Failed to completely label containers or tanks of hazardous waste. <br /> A silver container used as secondary containment on the west side of the facility had oil spills inside and not labeled . <br /> All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: <br /> -the words "Hazardous Waste" <br /> - name and address of generator <br /> - hazardous properties <br /> - physical state <br /> -composition (contents) <br /> -accumulation start date <br /> Immediately label these containers and ensure that all hazardous waste containers are marked with all the required <br /> information. If the silver container will be used as secondary containment it needs to be clean. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by April 14, 2016 . <br /> Please be aware as of January 1, 2013, all businesses are required to submit all hazardous materials information <br /> online to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at hftp://cers.calepa.ca.gov. Be sure to include <br /> your hazardous waste activity in the Businesses Activities section in CERS in addition to any other relevant <br /> activities and required fields. <br /> Page 4 of 5 <br />
