The <br /> containers, white buckets and black containers were seen through out the medical facility in the following <br /> departments: Womens health, Pathology lab, Oncology, Medicine B/C, Occupational Health, Physical Therapy, <br /> Intervention Radiology, Surgery center, Medicine A, Pulmonology, Medicine E, Pharmacy 1, Pediatrics, <br /> Nephrology/Rheumatology, Podiatry, Neurology, Pharmacy OPs, Dermatology, Pharmacy 3, Family Medicine 1, and <br /> Medicine D. The satellite containers must be marked with a fill date date once the container is full. These <br /> containers must be moved to the hazardous waste storage area within 3 days of the fill date.
