The start accumulation date is 2/8/17, greater than 90 days <br /> -Oil filters in bunker without a start accumulation date, labeled as liquid and flammable <br /> -Bucket of oily absorbent in bunker labeled as motor oil, physical state solid, missing the hazardous property <br /> Hazardous waste containers must be labeled at a minimum with the accurate following information marked: <br /> -the words"Hazardous Waste" <br /> -name and address of generator <br /> -hazardous properties <br /> - physical state <br /> -composition (contents) <br /> -accumulation start date <br /> Immediately accurately label these containers and ensure that all hazardous waste containers are marked with all <br /> the required information. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 608 CCR 66266.130 Failed to properly manage used oil and fuel filters. <br /> 1 bucket of oil filters were seen labeled as liquid, flammable hazardous waste missing the start accumulation date. <br /> Used oil filters shall be drained of free-flowing oil, stored in a closed, rainproof container, labeled as"drained used <br /> oil filters," and marked with an accumulation start date. Because it could not be demonstrated how long the oil filters <br /> have been stored on site, immediately have them removed and provide a copy of the bill of lading or hazardous <br /> waste manifest to the EHD. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 704 CCR 66273.33(b) Failed to properly manage universal waste lamps. <br /> 2 pallets of universal waste lamps were seen at time of inspection. The lamps were in boxes on the pallets. 1 pallet <br /> had open boxes, exposing the lamps to the elements. Universal waste lamps shall be stored in a manner that <br /> prevents breakage and release to the environment. All broken universal waste lamps and releases shall be <br /> immediately cleaned and containerized.
