Belshire Environmental was dispatched to remove the drum. <br /> Violation (#45): Contingency plan is incomplete. <br /> Correction: See enclosed Contingency Plan. <br /> Underground Storage Tank Inspection: <br /> Violation (#9): 89 turbine sump sensor was replaced—submit permit to San Joaquin. <br /> Correction: Scott Company, the contractor that replaced the sensor, was instructed to <br /> apply for the permit and forward a copy to BP/ARCO and to your attention at San Joaquin <br /> EHD. <br />
