i <br /> Statement of Corrective Action <br /> Item #102 <br /> The substance inside the four 5-gallon buckets, once determine to be used oil, were <br /> placed inside the used oil tank. The oily liquid inside the secondary co taimment around the used <br /> oil tank was determined to be a mixture of used oil overflow from the tank. Current actions are in <br /> place to properly absorb the substance in order to make an adequate disposal of the hazardous <br /> material. <br /> Item #403 <br /> The two 55-gallon drums of"oily water" and anti-freeze were c osed on site, so as to <br /> prevent accidental contamination and spillage. <br /> Item #601 <br /> Asbury Environmental Services was contacted to dispose of the waste inside the two <br /> 55-gallon drums, both of which were determined to contain anti-freeze <br /> Item #605 <br /> The labels on the two 55-gallow drums, as well as the used oil tank, were updated to <br /> ensure all required information is legibly marked. <br /> Item #704 <br /> The used universal waste lamps were placed in a container, cap ble of being closed and <br /> properly stored so as to prevent possible breakage and release to the en ironment. <br /> Item #713 <br /> The used universal waste lamps and waste aerosol cans were disposed at the San Joaquin <br /> County Waste Facility. Subsequently, the respective containers were ptoperly labelled with all <br /> required information to adequately demostrate how long waste is stored on site. <br />
