Woodbridge Winery Response to San Joaquin County EHD Inspection Rep 3 0 201$ <br /> 5/31/2016 <br /> Item #301rar` <br /> 301. Facility not maintained to minimize the release of a hazardous waste. Dark oil stains and oil <br /> debris were found on the maintenance shop floor next to the metal lathe and red tool box in the <br /> maintenance shop. Facilities shall be maintained and operated to minimize the possibility of a fire, <br /> explosion or release of hazardous waste to air,soil,or surface water which could threaten human <br /> health or the environment. Immediately clean up the dark oil stains and oily debris,and manage <br /> according to Title 22 hazardous waste regulations.Submit a statement and supporting documentation <br /> explaining how this waste was managed. <br /> Response: <br /> The dark oil stains and oil debris were immediately cleaned up and managed in accordance to Title 22 <br /> hazardous waste regulations. Dry absorbent material was used to absorb and clean the oily stains and <br /> debris.The used absorbent material was then collected and placed in the appropriate absorbent <br /> material hazardous waste bin in the oil shed. Below are pictures showing the cleaned up areas. <br />
