Copies of hazardous waste disposal records for 2013 (August 2013) were not found on site. <br /> Hazardous waste generators shall retain copies of all manifests signed off by the disposal facility and all <br /> receipts used in a consolidated manifesting procedure on site for three years and have them readily <br /> available for review. Immediately locate a copy of all manifests and receipts for the last three years, <br /> maintain them on site, and submit copies to the EHD by January 10, 2013 <br /> 605. Two 55-gallon metal containers (one with solids and one with liquids) lacked the accumulation start <br /> dates. All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: <br /> 1. the words "Hazardous Waste" <br /> 2. name and address of generator <br /> 3. hazardous properties <br /> 4. physical state <br /> 5. composition (contents) <br /> Immediately label these containers and ensure that all containers are marked with all the required <br /> information.
