Engaging in any of the unlawful acts of unfair competition set forth in the First <br /> 7 and Second Cause of Action of this complaint, as well as any other violations of the Business and <br /> 8 Professions Code §17200 - §17208, including but not limited to: <br /> 9 1. Violation of Chapter 6.7, of the Health and Safety Code described <br /> 10 in paragraph 1 above. <br /> 11 2. For violation of the First Cause of Action, that defendants herein be assessed a <br /> 12 civil penalty of FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($5,000.00), for each violation, according to <br /> 13 proof but no less than ONE HUNDRED THOUSAN DOLLARS ($100,000.00); <br /> 14 J. For violation of the Second Cause of Action, that defendants herein be assessed a <br /> 15 civil penalty of TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($2,500.00), for each act of <br /> 16 unfair competition, in an amount according to proof but no less than ONE HUNDRED <br /> 17 THOUSAND DOLLARS ($100,000.00), pursuant to Business and Professions Code §17206. <br /> 18 4. Plaintiff recover its costs and agencies costs. <br /> 19 5.
