Make sure there is damage or broken or missing parts. Make sure there is « <br /> NO SMOKING or other ignition source in the area, NO SMOKING or other ignition source in the area. <br /> Make sure the main service valve on the full cylinder is <br /> Turn the empty cylinder service valve OFF(clockwise). <br /> fully OFF. Check the O-rings in the connectors in the ;r <br /> service connection. <br /> Disconnect the gas line by unscrewing the service connection Make sure the cylinder has safety labeling. <br /> (turning it counterclockwise). Be aware and cautious,as a <br /> small amount of gas may be released from the gas line upon <br /> disconnection. <br /> Using safe lifting practices, place the full cylinder centered in <br /> the brackets and in alignment with the key. This will putt e <br /> Pressure i Valve a position. mss. <br /> P ure Rel'ef Val t the 12 o'clock po 'ti n. When <br /> properly situated, secure the cylinder by engaging the brackets. Make sure <br /> Release the brackets that hold the cylinder. the straps are tight and secure. <br /> Ew <br /> Connect the gas line to the service connection and tighten <br /> Remove the empty cylinder from the forklift. Be sure to use firmly(clockwise), <br /> safe lifting practices. . <br /> Turn the main service valve to the full ON position <br /> (counterclockwise) and spray the service connection assembly <br /> with a soapy water solution to check for any possible leaks. if <br /> Store the empty cylinder in the designated safe storage area. <br /> you see any bubbfing or smell any gas,turn the valve OFF and <br /> Always store with the relief valve at the highest point, even if recheck the connection and O-rings. 00 NOT leave the <br /> you believe it to be empty. <br /> valve turned 0or oerexte theark ift ifyou cannot ftthe leak° <br /> _ . . <br /> ,� :: an �! <br />
