The following are Minor violations-Notice to <br /> Comply: #305, 311 <br /> 305. The flow & chain for the diesel grade in UDC sump of Dispenser#3/4 successfully tripped when <br /> tested, but failed to stop the flow of product at the dispenser. All monitoring equipment shall be <br /> maintained to activate an audible and visual alarm or stop the flow of product at the dispenser when it <br /> detects a leak. Correct immediately by having a properly licensed, trained, and certified contractor <br /> replace the failed component with a functional component (LG 113-x listed, if applicable) and obtain a <br /> permit within one business day from the EHD. If the failed component can't be replaced immediately, <br /> there is a possibility that the UST system may be red tagged to prevent fuel inputs. <br /> 311. The 87-octane line leak detector failed to detect a leak when tested. All line leak detectors shall be <br /> capable of detecting a 3-gallon per hour leak at 10 psi.
