California <br /> Street and 530 E. Charter Way, Stockton. The business owner of the <br /> business operated at the California Street and Charter Way addresses <br /> is the Senior Service Agency. Should you wish to contact the business <br /> owner, please wiite: <br /> Mary Jane Polk <br /> Senior Service Agency <br /> Project Administrator <br /> 224 South Sutter Street <br /> Stockton, CA 95203 <br /> Stockton Mortgage does not have an interest in the business nor real property. <br /> Stockton Mortgage became involved with the property by arranging a loan for <br /> a group of 10 private investors. Subsequently, a Notice of Default was recorded <br /> and Trustee Sale conducted. To the best of our knowledge there are no hazardous <br /> materials on the sites. The California Street and Charter Way locations are <br /> used by Senior Service Agency for the preparation and disbursement of meals <br /> to Seniors throughout the Stockton area. <br /> It is our understanding that there are gas tanks located below ground level, <br /> and we have been in contact with the San Joaquin County Local Health District <br /> in reference to this matter.
