California Street, <br /> Stockton, California (Figure 1) <br /> Dear Ms. Reisch: <br /> The attached report describes the soil sampling and laboratory results to complete tank closure <br /> for the above referenced site (Tank Closure Permit No. 39-1036-02). <br /> Soil samples were collected at 14.5 and 15.5 feet feet below grade, 2 to 3 feet below the former <br /> 10,000 gallon diesel tank location. The concrete deadman, located by SEMCO personnel, was <br /> approximately 11 feet below grade and was 1 to 1.5 feet thick.
