Charter Way <br />Stockton, California <br />Incident #98996179 <br />SAP #136138 <br />Dear Ms. Lagorio: <br />June 22, 1999 <br />This letter is provided to describe recently completed activities performed at the above referenced <br />site in accordance with reporting requirements of the California Administrative Code Title 23 <br />Waters, Chapter 3, Subchapter 16, Article 5, Section 2652.d. <br />Second Quarter 1999 Activities <br />This site was demolished during April 1999. On April 29, 1999, three gasoline underground <br />storage tanks (USTs) and associated piping were removed, and Cambria Environmental <br />Technology, Inc. (Cambria) collected soil samples.
