Construction personnel to work in safe and organized manner. <br />* Give a description of procedures, such as the - <br />incorporation of the "buddy system" discussed in the <br />OSHA regulations. <br />I. The following safety equipment and clothing shall be worn at <br />the job site as per OSHA regulation 29 CFR 1910.120, <br />LEVEL_12 Safety goggles Steel toe shoes <br />Hard Hats Protective Overalls <br />J. Fire extinguishers will be present onsite: <br />^ Location: indicate location and show on <br />site map. <br />K. EMERGENCY ROUTES: <br />See Hospital Route Map enclosed <br />a• <br />L. CONTINGENCY PLAN: <br />If an injury occurs, take the following action: <br />* Get medical attention for the injured person <br />immediately. <br />* Notify the Site Safety Officer and Site Team <br />Leader. <br />* Depending on the type and severity of the injury, <br />notify Consulting Physician or the occupational <br />physician for the injured person. <br />* Notify the injured person's personnel office. <br />* Prepare the incident report. The Site Safety <br />Officer is responsible for its preparation and <br />submittal to the Health and Safety Direction <br />and corporate personnel office within 24 hours. <br />* The Site Safety Officer will assume charge during <br />a medical emergency. <br />* EMERGENCY ROUTES - see Hospital Route Map. <br />
