A exclusion zone will be <br />established approximately 10-15 feet around boring location work areas. No unauthorized person <br />shall be allowed within this exclusion area. <br />4.0. They are flammable and have low solubility in water. Exposure to <br />these materials in excess of recommended exposure limits can cause mild eye, nose, and <br />throat irritation and can produce a narcotic effect on the central nervous system. Symptoms <br />of exposure at these concentrations include headache, nausea, drowsiness, dizziness, and loss <br />of coordination. Certain components of gasoline (BTEX etc.) are known or suspected <br />carcinogens. <br />The additional potential hazards include: Slip -trip -fall hazards. noise, heavy egninment (i.e., <br />excavator/backhoe), vibration hazards, traffic hazards. etc. <br />5.0.
