UST Tank Information forms for the 87 and 91 tanks are not current in CERS. The overfill prevention section of each tank is listed as ball float however, the monitoring plans for each tank have audible visual alarms listed at 90% overfill prevention. Any change of information must be updated in CERS within 30 days of the changes. Immediately log into CERS, update the required information, and submit for review by the EHD. The Compliance Manager Jesus Jurado changed overfill to Fill Tube Shut-Off Valves for both tanks and removed the comments for audible visual alarms at 90% overfill prevention in the monitoring plan. This was corrected on site. This is a repeat violation, Class II. 209 CCR 2715(c) Designated operator did not inspect all required items and/or the inspection reports not completed. The designated operator failed to check and note the correct test dates for the secondary containment test on the October 2016 designated operator monthly inspection report. The test date listed is 9-26-16, the correct test date on file is 8-26-16. During the monthly inspection, the designated operator shall check that all required testing and maintenance for the UST system have been completed and document the dates they were done. Ensure that designated operators performing monthly inspections at this facility are including all of the required information on the reports. This is a repeat violation, Class ll.
