Box 388 <br /> Stockton, CA 95201 <br /> Subject: Work Plan Addendum <br /> Tracy Golf and Country Club <br /> 35200 South Chrisman Road, Tracy, California <br /> Dear Ms. Foley: <br /> In accordance with the request of Mr. Ron Camey and Ms. Cindy Clark representing Tracy Golf and <br /> Country Club,Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc. (AGE)has prepared this Work Plan Addendum for <br /> the assessment of hydrocarbon impacted soil at the property located at 35200 South Chrisman Road <br /> in Tracy, California. The Work Plan Addendum is prepared in response to phone conversations with <br /> Ms. Margaret Lagorio and yourself. <br /> The following items will be included in the soil investigation: <br /> I) Advance five 8" diameter continuous core borings utilizing a CME-75 truck-mounted drill <br /> rig and 8'/4-inch O.D. hollow-stem auger techniques, to depths of approximately 25 feet <br /> below site grade. <br /> 2) Soil samples will be collected from within 5-foot core lengths. <br /> 3) Decontaminate all sampling equipment in an alconox solution and rinse at least twice with <br /> water prior to each sampling event. <br /> 4) Preserve soil samples in lead brass sleeves by covering both ends with either aluminum foil <br /> or teflon tape, capping, and sealing with tape. <br /> 5) Store the soil samples under ice and transport the samples in a chilled container to a State <br /> certified laboratory for analysis. <br /> 6) Screen soil for the presence of volatile organics using a photo-ionization detector (PID)pre- <br /> calibrated to isobutylene. <br /> 1803 West March Lane,Suite A,Stockton,California 95207 <br /> Telephone(209)956-0264 FAX(209)956-0700 <br />
