SOIL INWESTIGATION REPORT <br /> November 1995 <br /> Tracy Golf and Country Club <br /> 35200 South Chrisman Road <br /> Tracy, California <br /> 1.0. INTRODUCTION <br /> In accordance with the request from Mr. Ron Carney and Ms. Cindy Clark of Tracy Golf and Country <br /> Club (TG&CC), Advanced GeoEnvironmental (AGE) has prepared this Site Investigation Report <br /> (SIR) for the Eleventh Tee area at 35200 South Chrisman Road in Tracy, California. The <br /> investigation was performed in response to a directive by the San Joaquin County Public Health <br /> Services-Environmental Health Division (PHS-EF ID). The general location of the site is illustrated <br /> on Figure I - Location Map. The layout of the site is depicted on Figure 2 - Site Plan. <br /> 2.0. BACKGROUND <br /> 2.1. SITE LOCATION <br /> The site is located at 35200 Chrisman Road southwest of Tracy in San Joaquin County, California. <br /> The site is further described as being located within the northwest quarter of Section 35, Township <br /> 3 South, Range 5 East, Mount Diablo Base and Meridian (Figure 1). The Assessors parcel number <br /> (APN) is 253-270-20. The site is located south of Chrisman Road, east of Highway 132, at the <br /> Eleventh Tee of the TG&CC. Local land use in the immediate vicinity of the site is agricultural. <br /> 2.2. GROUND WATER DEPTH AND FLOW DIRECTION <br /> Ground water depth in the area of the site is approximately 70 to 80 feet below surface grade (bsg). <br /> The regional flow direction is to the north, although both depth and flow direction can vary locally. <br /> 2.3. UNDERGROUND STORAGE TANK REMOVAL <br /> It is our understanding that one underground storage tank(UST) containing gasoline was removed <br /> from an area near the maintenance building. The removal occurred without proper permitting from <br /> the PHS-EHD. Soil was subsequently excavated from the UST area and stockpiled near the Eleventh <br /> tee. <br />
