San Joaquin Street
Stockton, CA. 95201
Dear Ms. Violett:
P.Si3
Working to Restore Nature
RPSIVEg
SEP 1 7 1993
ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH
PERMIT/SERVICES
This is a change in scope of work on the Newark Sierra Paperboard Corporation project,
as discussed with you via phone on 9/15/93. There is an excess amount of product left in
the tanks which will need to be broken down with a fuel oil to allow it to be pumped to
the tanker truck. Upon filling the tanker to capacity the liquid will be disposed of in a
timely manner, to avoid additional cost of standby on equipment and to avoid the product
from settling in the tanker.
Upon completion, piping associated with the tanks and sumps will be pressure washed and
capped with slurry fill piping -feasible for access.
In an effort to complete this project in a timely manner, please call me with any questions
you may have. I can be reached at (510) 440-3435.
Sincerely,
RESNA Industrieess , Q
Scott Adams
Field Superintendent
