ng to <br />42501 Albrae Street <br />Fremont, California 94538 <br />Phone: (510) 440-3300 <br />Fax: (510) 651-2233 <br />August 19, 1993 <br />To Whom It May Concern: <br />This letter is to inform all RESNA personnel who will be involved in the Newark <br />Sierra Paperboard Corporation Project that the Health and Safety Plan (HSP) provided <br />by the American Environmental Management Corporation (AEMC) has been <br />reviewed and approved by RESNA's Health and Safety Officer and Project Manager. <br />We agree that all RESNA employees involved with this project shall comply with <br />AEMC's Health and Safety Plan and RESNA accepts full responsibility for the plan. <br />Further, this letter is to serve as notice of adoption of the AEMC Health and Safety <br />Plan and that RESNA accepts full responsibility for the plan. Wherever AEMC is <br />described in the text as a responsible party, "RESNA" is to be substituted. This <br />adoption shall remain in effect throughout the duration of RESNA's contract.
