NW _/ <br />HEALTH AND SAFETY PLAN <br />American Environmental Management Corporation's (AEMC) Health and Safety Program <br />is designed to meet the requirements of 29 CFR 1910.120. <br />The objective of this Health and Safety Plan is to establish health and safety guidelines for <br />the removal of two underground fuel storage tanks (USTs) located at Newark Sierra <br />Paperboard Corporation, 800 West Church Street, Stockton, California. The project will <br />-consist of removing liquid product from two 2,500 -gallon USTs, excavation, removal and <br />disposal of the tanks, collecting soil samples for laboratory analyses, collecting and <br />analyzing groundwater samples, if necessary, backfilling of the excavation, and general site <br />cleanup following the completion of site operations.
