ROGGE <br />Project Number: 78003.01 Date: MAY 12, 1994 <br />SSP Prepared by: Lois Frantz <br />Site Safety Officer: Lois Frantz or Field Geologist <br />This site safety and health plan (SSP) must be kept on-site and accessible to all on-site <br />employees during all phases of site operations. The SSP must be reviewed and signed by <br />all on-site employees, subcontractors, and visitors prior to entering the site. General safe <br />work practices are identified in the RESNA Injury and Illness Prevention Manual and apply <br />to all RESNA work sites. <br />The provisions set -forth in this SSP shall apply to RESNA Industries Inc. (RESNA) <br />employees and any subcontractors working for RESNA at the job site. All personnel <br />working for RESNA at the job site must read this SSP, and sign the attached Compliance <br />Agreement before entering the work area. Field personnel may deviate from the safety <br />provisions set -forth in this SSP, but only to upgrade or increase the safety requirements. <br />RESNA personnel may suspend work if unauthorized modifications to the safety provisions <br />set -forth in this SSP are made. If unsafe working conditions develop or changes in site or <br />working conditions require changes in safety procedures, appropriate amendments to this <br />SSP will be provided by the RESNA project manager or supervisor, with the written <br />approval of a RESNA branch safety officer or the RESNA Health and Safety Director. <br />FACILITY BACKGROUND <br />Soil and groundwater contamination due to leaking underground storage tanks (#6 fuel oil). <br />NSPC-SSP PAGE 1 MAY 1994 <br />
