RESNA SITE SAFETY PLAN <br />EMERGENCY MEDICAL TREATMENT <br />All RESNA field personnel must be CPR and first aid trained. At a minimum personnel who inhale <br />hazardous materials must be removed to fresh air. Personnel who are contaminated with hazardous <br />materials by contact should rinse the area of contact for a minimum of 15 minutes. The site safety <br />officer or herlhis alternate will determine if injured personnel require further emergency medical <br />attention. <br />Unusual first aid procedures: <br />Location of first aid kit: In field personnel vehicle <br />Nearest emergency medical facility: Dameron Hospital, 525 West Acacia, Stockton <br />Directions from work site: West on Church Street six blocks to Garfield, North (right) on <br />Garfield one block to Church, West again (left) on Church four <br />blocks to Fresno, North (right) on Fresno to the Cross -Town <br />Freeway, East (right) to Interstate 5, North on Interstate 5 <br />approximately one-half mile to Pershing, North on Pershing to <br />Acacia (four blocks), East on Acacia approximately 9 blocks to <br />Dameron Hospital. <br />Attach a map which shows the route from the work site to the nearest emergency medical facility. <br />® Check when done. <br />9SPC-SSP PAGE 10 MAY 1994 <br />
