Take all <br /> necessary precautions to ensure testing is performed in a timely manner. <br /> This was corrected on site. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 121 CCR 2712(f) Failed to submit a written response within 30 days of receiving an inspection report. <br /> An inspection was last done on 10/20116 and an inspection report was issued identifying information to be submitted <br /> to bring this site into compliance. This information was required to be submitted within thirty days of receiving the <br /> inspection report. This information has not been received resulting in a non-compliant status for this facility. An <br /> operator that receives an inspection report shall have 30 days to submit a written response that includes a <br /> statement documenting corrective actions taken or proposing corrective actions which will be taken. Ensure that a <br /> written response documenting corrective actions taken or proposed is submitted within 30 days of receiving an <br /> inspection report. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class Il. <br /> 314 HSC 25290.1, 25290.2, 25291 Failed to have secondary containment or secondary containment not tight. <br /> The inner sump lids for the 87-octane, 91-octane, and diesel submersible turbine pump(STP)sumps do not have <br /> clamps and sump gaskets are missing from the three fill sumps.Also, holes were drilled into the collars of the <br /> 87-octaine,91-octane, and diesel fill sumps and lids to install the sump lid clamps.. <br /> Secondary containment shall be impervious to the liquid and vapor of the substance contained and constructed to <br /> prevent structural weakening as a result of contact with any hazardous substances released from the primary <br /> containment. Immediately contact a properly licensed,trained, and certified contractor to make repairs to the UST <br /> system under permit and inspection of the EHD. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class ll. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by 1112312017. <br /> Note: During the inspection, the service technician replaced the 304 brine sensor in UDC 9110 "like for like" due <br /> to the sensor alarm not clearing on the monitoring panel after testing.
