Below is the summary of the corrective actions for each <br /> violation item noted in the report: <br /> 1. Item #106, Monitoring and response plans not current or approved <br /> by the EHD - The tank information, the monitoring plan, and the response <br /> plan have been updated in CERS. <br /> 2. Item #126, Failed to report program data electronically - The tank <br /> information, the monitoring plan, and the response plan have been updated <br /> in CERS. <br /> 3. Item #203, Failed to maintain records of monitoring, repair, lining, <br /> and upgrades on site - Sprint has requested our vendors to maintain all <br /> monitoring, repair, lining and upgrade reports and supporting documents <br /> onsite. <br /> 4. Item #207, Designated operator did not inspect all required items <br /> and/or the inspection reports not completed - Sprint has requested the <br /> designated operator to complete all required inspections and maintain the <br /> records and supporting documents onsite. <br /> S. Item #212, Unburied emergency generator fuel piping not visually <br /> inspected at least monthly or log kept - Sprint has requested the <br /> designated operator to complete all required items in the monthly visual <br /> inspection checklist during the monthly visual inspection and maintain the <br /> records onsite. <br />
