Corral Hollow Road Tracy, CA <br />1. Authorization to release form lacks signature from Owner/ <br />Operator. <br />2. Review of the site file reveals that the tanks located at <br />this facility were used to store fuel products at one time. <br />In order to gain closure through this Department sampling <br />must be conducted on all tanks. <br />3. This facility was purchased in August of 1996.
