I have also called the Health District and asked if 4
there were any problems with the tank integrity as of this date
and, as their letter points out in the first paragraph , every-
thing is in compliance.
A careful review of the letter of July 11, 1988 from the Local
Health District reveals that there is nothing at all currently
I wrong and that the facility is in compliance with monitering and
tank testing requirements. The two paragraphs following the
compliance paragraph simply indicate s eculative ossibilities.
I confirmed this with the Local Health Distriet yesterday. In
fact, I am sending a copy of this letter to the Local Health
District for their files.
Apparently the only reason that the letter of July 11th was sent
was at the insistence of Vincent Paul Hoss, why, I do not know.
In any event, your fears are groundless and the fuel tanks are
well within the parameters of a tight tank system for 1988 as
so indicated by ITTS who tested the systems.
I
}
