Upon inspecting the site it was <br /> found that Walton Engineering had also replaced the turbine sump sensors(87&91)on 3123 from Veeder Root 352 sensors to Veeder Root 208 <br /> sensors. Since this was not an emergency repair,the scope of work must be submitted before the work takes place(Item 2 on the approval letter). <br /> Immediately submit an amended scope of work for the approved permit application SR0059508 to include the addition of these sensors. The sensors <br /> were verified to function during Tanknology's test today. 7-Eleven will have to update their Monitoring Pian(Form D)to include this change and <br /> resubmit it for approval. A Certification of installation/modification(Form C)is required to be submitted by the owner or owner's agent.
