Upon inspecting the site it was found that Walton Engineering had also replaced the turbine sump sensors <br /> (87 & 91)on 3123 from Veeder Root 352 sensors to Veeder Root 208 sensors. Since this was not an emergency <br /> repair, the scope of work must be submitted before the work takes place(Item 2 on the approval letter). <br /> Immediately submit an amended scope of work for the approved permit application SR0059508 to include the <br /> addition of these sensors. The sensors were verified to function during Tanknology's test today. 7-Eleven will <br /> have to update their Monitoring Plan (Form D)to include this change and resubmit it for approval. A Certification <br /> of installation/modification (Form C) is required to be submitted by the owner or owner's agent.
