(Safeway), enclosed is the additional information required for the San Joaquim <br /> County Environmental Health Division's review and approval for the underground storage tanks for the <br /> above-referenced Safeway location. According to our telephone conversation on May 7,2001,the following <br /> items and associated responses are provided for your review: <br /> 1- Revise Cross-Section Detail No. 2 on Sheet TK2.1 to eliminate the crossover connection to the <br /> piping. The double-wall piping shall be sloped so that any leak within the primary containment <br /> shall be detected in the dispenser sumps. <br /> Response: See revised Detail No. 2 enclosed. Also, see new Detail No. 10 showing a <br /> cross-sectional diagram of the Western Fiberglass double-wall"co-flex"pipe with the outer rock <br /> guard. <br /> 2. Omit Detail No. 6 on Sheet TK2-1, as it is not applicable to this project- <br /> Response: Detail No.6 has been deemed as not used. See enclosed Detail revision. The note that <br /> was shown on Detail No.6(for six or more dispensers,see notes on Sheet TK3-1)has been moved <br /> to Detail No. 4, as shown in the revised Detail enclosed <br /> 3.
