Documented in your file we <br /> find that one of our inspectors spoke with you on January 10, 1989 and the number of tanks on site were <br /> corrected at that time from (5) five tanks to (3) three, of which (2) two were exempt. <br /> On January 2, 1990 you were only billed for one tank, plus site fee isee copy of billing statement enclosed). <br /> On February 2, 1990 you were sent a reminder that fees not paid by March 2, 1990 were subject to 100% <br /> penalty. Payment was not received in this office until March 14, 1990, which was (12) twelve days late to <br /> avoid the penalty. <br /> The penalty for 1990 remains unpaid at this time.
