Vilchis, Andrea AVilchis [CS11
From: Ryan Riley <Ryan cxservicestationsystems.com>
Sent: Monday, February 11, 2013 2:47 PM
To: Vilchis, Andrea (AVilchis) [CSI]
Cc: O'kelley, Darin (DOkelley); Marty Weithman; Ryan Riley
Subject: RE: Chevron Station #210997
Andrea,
We spoke with the inspector and confirmed that we met him on site on May
30th 2012 and did an onsite inspection of the work and he agreed that
the work was a very small project and that an actual permit would not be
required for this one sites project. We remembered this conversation and
agreed that nothing further would be needed from us. He explained that
he only needed a letter from Chevron stating that all the items were
handled as per the notice.
We asked him to and he said he would send an email today stating that he
agrees with the above statement. As soon as we get that email we will
submit it to you.
Ryan Riley
Director of Service
Service Station Systems Inc.
680 Quinn Ave
San Jose, Ca. 95112
Ryan@servicestationsystems.com
408-971-2445 Office
408-938-7115 Direct
408-213-6015 Fax
[This email, including any attachments, is confidential and for use only by intended recipient(s) for the purpose for which
it has been sent.
