This is my summary: 1. The scope of work involving the original lid replacement with saw cutting was done without a permit in the summer of 2011. 2. Two events have made that a moot point: a. subsequent work by Wayne Perry approved by permit and properly inspected b. successful secondary containment testing indicating proper tank integrity completed in August 2012. 3. Chevron is currently being asked (21712013) to provide documentation for their FITC. 4. Presently, there are no other open issues or NOVs for that site. 5. You were making a note to file as a record of sorts of our conversation. If I have understood this correctly, please let me know. If I don't have it quite right, please clarify for me.
