Concrete was broken on top of 37 and 01 tank to replace the Environ collarwi h a flberlite collar <br />and lid in late 2011, and a permit was not obtained from the EHD. Emergency repairs relating to UST <br />system monitoring and release detect*p may be performed by a property licensee, trained, and certified <br />contractor pursuant to the EHID's policy and a permit obtained within one business day from the EHD. <br />All other repairs m ",t have a permit submitted to and approved by the EHD prior to beginning work <br />Immediately obtain a permit from the EHD for the lid replacement and have a properly licensed, trained, <br />and certified contractor test the tanks to demonstrate that the integrity of th87 and 91 tanks were not <br />compromised. Immediately remove this <br />liquid, make a hazardous waste determination per Title 22 hazardous waste regulations, and manage it <br />accordingly.
