THE AMENDED REPORT REPLACES <br />THE INITIAL REPORT. VIOLATION N. 201 WAS REMOVED FROM THE ORIGINAL REPORT. <br />A checklist of findings was issued on the day of inspection after the testing was completed, the inspector had <br />returned to the site to complete the routine UST inspection.
