When on the alarm workstation your 15k priority is <br /> system alarms and system integrity,which includes the items listed below. <br /> The primary alarm station area is located at stations 1 through 5 <br /> Backup and/or assistant to the alarm station personnel are located to the right of the <br /> alarm workstation area. <br /> INSTRUCTIONS <br /> Keep track of on-site vendors AND their activities: <br /> Log location, vendor and purpose. Get cell # or pager# of technician if possible <br /> When the vendor leaves the site, log time the tech left. Record all activity on <br /> "Alarm Station Daily Log and Vendor Tracking" Sheet <br /> UST Report: <br /> Check for fuel levels,have control center support staff order fuel at 50% <br /> Keep an eye on the fuel data screen for probes not working. If a probe is not <br /> working open a log and resolve issue. <br /> UST Alarms: <br /> During the event that BMC receives a sump water alarm, sump fuel alarm,probe <br /> leak alarm or interstitial alarm,the BMC will contact the site personnel to verify <br /> the alarm condition. If the site personnel are unable to correct the alarm <br /> condition, the BMC will dispatch the fuel vendor or the appropriate vendor to <br /> correct condition. EH&S HOTLINE will be notified if there is fuel spill <br /> condition. <br /> Disabled Points: <br /> Check for points that can be enabled. At the end of the day be sure to check for <br /> points that were disabled for the day. Major goal—keep this list to a minimum. <br /> All disabled points must have a log opened detailing why point is disabled. <br /> Lost Input Channels: <br /> Investigate missing information and resolve by assigning missing channel. <br /> Lost Output Channels: <br /> Investigate missing information and resolve by assigning missing channel. <br /> Disabled Programs: <br /> Investigate why program is disabled and resolve <br /> Last update 6127101 1 <br />
