Notify Local Air pollution control and local Fire districts for all applicable permits. <br /> 2. Ensure all replaced parts are UL approved for the specific application. <br /> 3. Ensure all replaced parts of the UST system are cathodicly protected. <br /> 4. Sampling may be required as per EHD assessment. <br /> 5. A tank integrity test may be required,by a third party certified tank tester, prior to the final <br /> inspection. <br /> 6. Primary and secondary lines will need to be inspected while under pressure, prior to backfilling. <br /> A soap test will be required on the secondary line. <br /> 7. The piping slope will need to be inspected prior to backfilling. <br /> 8. Arrange all inspections 48 hours in advance. <br /> 9.
