The permit has been approved with the following <br /> conditions: <br /> 1. Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control <br /> District for any applicable permits and requirements. <br /> 2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval <br /> prior to commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br /> 3. Contact Michelle Henry at (209) 468-3454 to arrange the following inspection <br /> appointments (a 48-hour notice is required for inspection appointments). Please be <br /> aware that inspections for emergency work must be ,scheduled within five days of permit <br /> approval. <br /> a. Verification of the dispenser footprints contained by the under dispenser containment <br /> sumps (UDCs) <br /> b. Visual inspection of the piping within the dispensers <br /> c. Primary piping soap test: One hour pneumatic ,pressure test at 110% of operating <br /> pressure, or 40 psi, whichever is greater, or equivalent testing, for the affected <br /> piping. <br /> d. 24-hour hydrostatic test (or equivalent) on dispenser 3f4 UDC sump <br /> 4. If concrete will be broken near the piping and UDCs, a secondary containment test must <br /> be performed on the affected piping and UDCs once concrete is poured in accordance <br /> with the manufacturer's guidelines. <br />
