The listed factors need to be corrected before the
permit can be approved:
1. Provide tank drawings detailing where sensors will be installed and what types of sensors
will be installed.
2. Clarify if and where an audiovisual alarm will be installed.
3. Provide cut sheets for dispenser and sump pipefittings to be used.
4. State how piping secondary containment will be tested and monitored.
5. Provide proper training certificates to start up a Veeder Root monitoring system. (The
certification submitted has expired.)
6. All vent, vapor recovery, and fill pipes are part of the underground tank system and
therefore must have secondary containment. The drawings submitted show no secondary
containment on vent piping, a fill riser and a vapor recovery riser.
If you have any questions I can be reached at (209) 468-3468.
Thank you,
16 ' jthA
UIA..
Dina Abate, EHS
Environmental Health Specialist
a
;o
Baa
