Box 2009 <br />Stockton, California 95201 <br />Dear Mr. Moe: <br />5990 ` <br />MAR b f987 <br />EMI OMENTAL HEAL <br />PLIWIT/SERyICES <br />In response to our March 3, 1987 telephone conversation concerning <br />the Rainbo Baking Company, 2651 South Airport Way, Stockton, Cali- <br />fornia, the following items should be used to amend the February 4, <br />1987 Underground Storage Tank Removal Report: <br />• A California -approved hazardous waste hauler will be used when <br />transporting tank residuals and rinsate. <br />i Tank cleaning will be performed at the scrap dealer's facility. <br />• A California -approved Class 1 landfill or incinerator will be <br />used to dispose of the tank residuals and rinsate. <br />• Within 30 days of tank removal, a certificate of receipt will <br />be sent to the San Joaquin Local Health District by the scrap <br />dealer. <br />• Contaminated soil will either be aerated on-site after approval <br />by the San Joaquin Air Pollution Control District, or disposed <br />of at a California -approved Class 1 landfill. <br />• Canonie Engineers, Inc. will be the lab which analyzes the soil <br />samples. <br />If you have any questions, or require further information, please <br />call me at 314-577-7064. <br />Sincerely, <br />ANHEUSER-BUSCH COMPANIES <br />Jo J�SeL� <br />Environmental Engineer <br />JJD:cd <br />
