Box 2009
Stockton, CA 95201
Dear Mr. Miller:
Pursuant to our telephone conversation of February 24, 1986,
regarding a multiple billing for the Underground Fuel Storage Tanks
located at Stockton Metropolitan Airport, a correction should be
made, in that the tanks located at 1600 Chenault, Building No. 393,
and 1595 Lindbergh Street have reverted back to the Airport tank
inventory.
Both facilities were under separate lease agreements with the lessee
being responsible for the maintenance and operation of these tanks.
However, since both lessees have terminated their lease agreements,
the above referenced facilities should now be listed with Stockton
Metropolitan Airport at 5000 S. Airport Way.
Therefore, in accordance with San Joaquin Local Health District
regulations, enclosed is County of San Joaquin warrant number
D379595 in the amount of $1, 986. 00 with the completed fee schedule
and statement page for permitting the County owned underground fuel
storage tanks located at Stockton Metropolitan Airport.
If you should have any comments or require additional information,
please do not hesitate to contact me.
Sincerely,
GEORGE L.
